Our all-natural essential oil products are handcrafted in Rock Hill, South Carolina. We always craft in small batches using clean, natural, and organic ingredients.

The shelf life varies between essential oil products, but typically it’s 2 years from the date of manufacture. However, once opened, we recommend using the product within 6 months. Our products are made fresh in small batches to ensure your product is in the beginning of its life cycle and in perfect condition when you receive it.

Many are, but not all. All of our products contain organic, organically grown, and wildcrafted ingredients, though the percentage of organic ingredients varies in each product. Our goal is to offer holistic, pure natural, organic, and chemical-free beauty products at a reasonable price. This means that some products may not be 100% organic, but they will always be all-natural. 

We do not recommend the general internal use of essential oils. Essential oils are highly concentrated and have the capacity to cause serious damage if used internally without the necessary expertise required in administering them. We do have customers who choose to use our oils internally. However, we recommend that this is only done with great respect for the power of essential oils and under the direction of someone who is qualified in the internal use of essential oils and understands the chemical makeup of each individual oil. This should NOT be done on a daily basis.

Our products are formulated to work with all skin types, but different product combinations may be required to see the full benefit.

We do not offer free samples. Every product has to be purchased at full price. However, for our Private Labelers and Wholesalers, we can adjust the sample cost in the follow-on order. Yes! All the information we ask for when you place your order is essential for us to process your order and keep you up-to-date on the latest offers available from Nature’s Cure-All. We use the latest SSL encryption (128 bit) technology to ensure all your details are kept secure. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise pass on any of your details to other parties. Ever.

Shipping/Delivery/Returns

Once your order is processed and we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched on the same day before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (except holidays). Orders placed after the 3:00 PM cut-off time will be shipped on the next business day and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. You can also check your order status through our website at any time. Delivery depends on many factors like shipping speed chosen, destination region, and so-on — however, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping speed by USPS first class.

To return a product, log in to your account and go to your order history. You should be able to initiate a return request from there. If you run into any problems, feel free to contact us to speak with a member of our team! 

Once your items are inspected by the store, we will issue your refund within 48 hours. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.

Wholesale/Dropship

Yes. As a wholesale supplier, we do require all businesses to be a company with a State ID or a Federal EIN. 

Apply for a wholesale or dropship account! Once your account is approved, you can log in to your account to see your custom pricing and get started as an essential oil distributor!

We provide our dropship customers with CSV, XML, and TXT files to upload our products to their site. This file contains key product data and imagery. When you log in, you can access these reports from the Data Downloads area of your Account Page. We can also set up your store to automatically synchronize the product feed and update inventory on an hourly basis. 

Every day, we update our product file feed to give you access to updated files, inventory, and other product data changes. You can access this in the Data Downloads section of your online account and upload the new files to your store to keep your products up-to-date.

Once an order is placed, wholesale orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Dropship orders follow our regular retail shipping policy: same-day shipping for orders before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.

Wholesalers: minimum order amount is $2000. Refer to our wholesale agreement for details.
Dropshippers: there is no monthly minimum order amount.
